I just received #222 SE and #224 SE what are these used for? Any suggestions?

the 222 has a narrower head of bristles than the 224, so you can make a more precise blended crease. the 222, you can get in that crease more tighter than the 224. try them both on one eye each and see if you can tell a difference.
