MAC Foundation Colors

Note that there are three different sections to this guide - one for liquid and cream foundations, one for Studio Fix, and one for loose powder; your color may not be the same in all three!

Full Coverage, Sheer Coverage, Matte, and Satin Foundations
If you were an N1, try NC15 (lighter, more golden beige), NW20 (brighter, more peach), W15, or NW15.
If you were an N2, try W20 (redder), NW15, NW20 (lighter, brighter).
If you were an N3, try W20 (lighter, pinker), NW25 (deeper, more yellow beige).
If you were an N4, try W25 (brighter), or NW25 (lighter, more yellow).
If you were an N5, try NW30 (less red).
If you were an N6, try NW35 (brighter, more yellow), NW30 (lighter, more pink).
If you were an N7, try NW40 (lighter), W40.
If you were am N8, try NW45 (richer, more yellow), W40, W45.
If you were an N9, try NW45 (brighter), NW50 (deeper, more brown).
If you were an N10, try NW50 (less vivid, more deep brown).
If you were a C2, try NC20 (brighter, more golden), NC15 (lighter, less green), C25.
If you were a C3, try NC30 (brighter, more golden), C30 (brighter, more yellow), C25 (lighter).
If you were a C4, try NC35 (less green, more golden beige), C35 (brighter, more yellow).
If you were a C5, try C40 (brighter, more yellow).
If you were a C6, try NC45 (brighter, richer, more golden).
If you were a C7, try NC50 (brighter, more golden brown), NC45.
If you were a C8, try NC60 (less vivid, more golden brown), NC50 or NC55 (lighter, more golden).
If you were a C9, try NC65 (less vivid, more golden brown, NC60.

Studio Fix
If you were an N1, try W10 (lighter, more pink), NW15 (brighter, more yellow/orange).
If you were an N2, try NW15 (lighter, brighter, less dull yellow).
If you were an N3, try NW20 (brighter, less dull yellow).
If you were an N4, try W20 (brighter, more peach, less dull yellow).
If you were an N5, try NW25 (brighter, less yellow).
If you were an N6, try W25 (brighter, less gray), NW30.
If you were an N7, try NW35 (brighter tan beige, less pink), NW30 (lighter, more tan), W25 (lighter).
If you were am N8, try NW40, NW35 (lighter, brighter),
If you were an N9, try W45 (slightly more red), NW45 (deeper, richer brown).
If you were an N10, try NW45 (cleaner, more rich yellow/brown), NW50 (less orange, deeper, more brown).
If you were a C1, try C15 (brighter, less dull yellow), NC15 (lighter, more red).
If you were a C2, try NC20 (brighter, less dull yellow), C25 (lighter, more red).
If you were a C3, try NC30 (more golden, less orange), C25, C30 (brighter, more yellow).
If you were a C4, try NC40 (less red/orange), NC35 (lighter, more yellow/beige), C35.
If you were a C5, try C40 (more yellow/gold, less orange).
If you were a C6, try NC45 (more golden, less orange).
If you were a C7, try NC50 (less red/orange), NC45 (lighter, more golden).
If you were a C8, try NC55 (more brown, less green), NC50 (lighter, less green).
If you were a C9, try NC60 (richer, more brown, less green).

Loose Powder
If you were an N1, try W10 (brighter, more pink/porcelain, less white).
If you were an N2, try NW15 (brighter, less dull yellow), NC15 (more yellow beige).
If you were an N3, try NC15 (slightly lighter, less red), NW20 (deeper, more yellow).
If you were an N5, try NW20 (less red, more yellow/beige), NW25 (deeper, brighter).
If you were an N7, try NW30 (less vivid orange, more neutral), NW30 (less vivid orange, more neutral).
If you were an N9, try NW40 (more golden brown, less pink).
If you were a C1, try C15 (less white/yellow, more neutral yellow/beige).
If you were a C3, try C25 (less vivid yellow/green).
If you were a C5, try C35 (less green/dull), NC30 (cleaner, brighter, more golden beige).
If you were a C7, try NC35 (less green/yellow, more golden/tan).
If you were a C9, try NC50 (less green, more golden brown), NC55 (deeper richer, more golden brown).
