Hi, I have an interview with Macy's on the 25th, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I can improve or just generally have a good interview. I really need this job, I'm a college student. Also, I'm taking classes but I only go to school twice a week, Tue. & Thurs. but my class starts till like 7:30. Do you think this will affect my eligibility? Thanks!

I worked at Macy's and they need people at all times, especially weekends. If you got an interview, they probably liked your availability. Just be sure to dress nice, and emphasize how important you think putting the customer first is.

I use to work as a Beauty Advisor for very well known, high-end cosmetic brand. It was a lot of fun. I am still an enthusiast, as well. Do you know the name of the cosmetic company that you will be representing? Some require multiple interviews, including a talent+ interview with the company's executive. It varies depending on what line you are going to represent.

How did your interview go? Did you get the job? I also have any interview coming up… and i wanted to know the best ways for preparing, what i shoul wear… should my makeup so my creative or natural. Do they ask basic interview questions or will they ask me questions pertening to cosmetics should i bring a portfolio, etc?
