Hi everyone.
Please give me some instructions or method for preparing the sanitizing solution with these chemicals:
+ Active Ingredient: Benzalkonium Chloride: 0,13%;
+ Inactive Ingredients:

            - Aqua;

            - Isopropyl Alcohol;

            - Glycerine;

            - Tocopherols;

            - Decyl Glucocide;

            - Fragrance;

            - Methyl paraben;

            - Propyl Paraben;

            - Phenoxy Ethannol.

Major health agencies and experts agree that making your own hand sanitizer at home isn't smart. There are better ways to protect yourself from the coronavirus. Home made sanitizers are either bad for skin or do not kill Covid-19 virus.

Can I have another question? Is there any emulsifier (or something else) better than PEG-40 (an emulsifier) when I need to dissolving Vitamine E in the mentioned solution (because the PEGs are now not to be recommended to use)?
