Mally Ultimate Performance Ink Liner vs NYX The Curve

I saw this on Facebook just a short time ago and the first thing that popped into my head was, "Why is Mally using NYX's Curve liner?" ($15) It's not NYX's Curve liner it's Mally's new Ultimate Performance Ink Liner ($26).

I haven't used Mally's but I LOVE my NYX The Curve because I'm nearsighted, very nearsighted, and I can apply my liner easily. I doubt I'll be buying Mally's due to the cost. Has anyone seen or used Mally's?

Is the NYX one waterproof? I wasted over $40 on different liquid liners from the drugstore and only found one that works properly without bleeding or flaking. I totally forgot about this one. I ran across it a couple of months ago but it seemed way too expensive for NYX.

Water resistant but not waterproof.

I'm gonna have to try it out. I love the shape of it. My eyes aren't nearsighted but I imagine the design of it would make application easier for anybody. Do you find it to be super pigmented? As in, is one application enough? Or do you have to go over your line a couple of times to really get a very black, opaque line?
