Massive Hair Fall

Since the last couple of months I am facing massive hair fall. I am totally confused as to what is the right treatment. I use coconut hair oil, shampoo with halo shampoo cum conditioer or ultra doux wheat germ shampoo and conditioner. This is not doing me any good.

How does aroma oils work?? Will do me any good to strengthen my hair and also take care of the growth..?? Is this a combo of oils or is any one type of oil used for the concerned type of hair. Please help

I would see a doctor if you have an abnormal amount of hair loss... I don't know of any oils that would help regrow hair... only Rogaine.
