Most painful place to get acne!

I have my nose pierced and I wear a little stud. I have a little pimple right at the edge of the piercing underneath the stud. ARGH! It hurts so much, but at least I can't get to it to squeeze or pick at the zit. I'm half tempted to take the stud out, but the piercing would close too quickly and that was a piercing that I'd rather not have to get done again.

Thanks! I've found that Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment really helps heal up my acne and reduces the pain a bit too. I stil hope it gos away REALLY soon!

Thankfully the thing healed up quickly. I really hate all the painful acne that I get.
