well.. i wasnt planning to do a tutorial, but then i was putting my liner and i thot of taking pictures..which is really hard to do..but i managed!!
this is my first tutorial, so dont mind my pictures and way of writing a tutorial!!
I have been doing my liner in arab style for the last 3 years ..i live in Arab country so it was always easy to master their techniques because the Arab gilrs are soo much into makeup!!

studio fix foundation(NC 20)
studio fix powder
black track fluid line
Dove silk glow cream
a brush(i just used random brush-its basically for lips but i dont use it for lips..its actually pretty good with fluidline)
bare eye!!(eee..scary)
i put on dove cream around my eye..massage it gently..i like to use this cream..it really makes my skin soft...
then i put on concelear
studio fix foundation
powder(this actually helps set the liner)
blend all the stuff nicely..take your time in blending..it wont look nice if you just pile up all the stuff!!
then fill in your brow..i just used a simple brown pencil and then brush it in!!
take your brush and sweep it through the fluid line..
i start with inner conner..i know people say you should start from between..but i just like the inner corner of the eye..
the trick is to make small lines..dont line a longggg line ...because if you make a mistake it will be harder to correct..just make a small line from inner corner!!
then till middle..line thin as thin as you can..you can later go for thick lines..if it smudges dont worry..you can dip q-tip in any eye makeup remover or cream or even vaselline and just clean the smudge part!!(i was too lazy to do that as you will soon see

bend the brush and bring the liner to your outer corner
give it a wing!! as long as you want!!though dont strech it a mile /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
fill in your inner corner..till the end..like this!!
then just with the tip of the brush..you can make a very thin..small line streching ..making a V ..like showed in pic..just make a very small line first if you are unsure!!!and then lengthen the tip!! if you want!!
fill under the lower lashline..
you can do from outside to inside as well
and then..if you want double wing liner(as i have put for this tutoriall..)you can strech the line a bit outward!!..
fill in your waterline!!
add mascara(i used Maybelline XXL)
if you want you can add shimmer/e/s or like i used a coloured pencil to line between the two wings!! gives more dramatic look!!
