Need help with bleaching my hair back..

Ok as you can see in my profile pic I have very light blonde hair that's halfway down my back. My problem is that in September I dyed the entire front fushia and the back underside aqua blue. I want to go back to my blonde hair but the bleach kit I bought won't touch the blue at all. I used Color Brilliance brights dye a semi permanent cream hair color. I did the strand test and left it on for 90 mins and it didn't touch the color at all. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm afraid I'm going to have to go to a salon and the salons where I live suck.

Have you tried stripping the color with kits? Sally's sells a kit or two to strip or tone colors out/down. That could help.

I haven't tried to strip it just tried a bleach kit that was recommended to me. I will call tomorrow and see what I can get for it. I'm just afraid I might have ruined my hair with these colors. Thanks for the advice.
