New and looking for help with rosacea and acne

Today I was reading some posts on the Long Hair Community and found a reference to OCM. In looking up more info on that, I found my way here. I have rosacea + acne, with tons of blackheads, and I'm desperately looking for ways to help clear up and heal my skin. So now I'm off to read and begin gathering information.
