Nicole Richie & Joel Madden in Aussie Ok!

During a recent trip Down Under where Joel Madden was touring with his band, the Good Charlotte frontman took time out of his busy schedule to join his babymama Nicole Richie for a photo-shoot in the current issue of Australia Ok! magazine.

Aussieland holds a special place in the couples’ heart as it’s most likely the country where their baby was conceived. Says Joel: “When you think about what goes into conceiving a baby, that’s a pretty personal question. Only a scientist can tell…but there is a very good possibility that it was [conceived in Australia]!â€

Nicole on pregnancy: “I’m in a really good place. I really couldn’t be happier.â€Joel on a potential wedding: “I am in love with her. I want to get married. I’m excited. This is the best thing that’s ever happened to us.â€

awww. I really hope they work. It seemed like such a bizare couple but something about Nicole's insecurity kind of makes me want her to be happy, LOL
