No responce at EDM

Does anyone know if their CS is down? i have tried sent e-mails to [email protected] and asked them to reply, but nooo answer. Tried to post my issue on their blog then, but they moderated it away. I work at CS myself, in a really huge company,and if we treat our costumers this way we end up at national broadcast.

I am at the point of getting furious with them ....

They don't really moderate the blog - unless you've never posted there before. Your post goes into moderation if you're new and have never posted there and I think at that point it takes a few days for your post to show up. Once you've got that initial moderation done, then your posts show up immediately and I don't think they moderate them at all at that point. So, if you're new, your post there will show up eventually.

Have you emailed CS more than once? They don't always reply immediately any more but they usually reply within a few days or so. The email address that you have is the only one I know of to get a hold of them, and they've always responded to my emails at that address.

Ditto on the blog... was it a situation where your post showed up, and then was later deleted? Or did it just never show up? If the latter, it might just be because you're newly registered on the blog. They've always answered my emails as well.

Yes it showed up at first and then it disappeared. And - it is my first time posting at that blog. So now i know,i`m glad they didnt delete it.

I sent the first mail a week ago and a second two days later,I guess i see if they paid any attention to my mails when my order arrives.

Thank you for enlightening me on how their blog works.

i was trying to order samples 2 weeks ago.

i could place my order in the shopping cart, give my address, go through to Paypal, but then the page went blank and no order confirmation.

this kept happening over the next 8 daily attempts. i emailed them and eventually emailed my order to them and separately went into paypal and sent money.

if i had not joined this great forum and read so many of your rave reviews, i would have given up on them after 2 tries.

waiting for my samples....yah....

hi there.. Im a good customer of EDM. but in the past week I have a little problem with them. I want to solve this problem with Carina, the owner but the didnt unswer to me..

I love nearly everything i have from EDM. I will keep buying my makeup from them,they have alot of new stuff coming out in the next months.

Simi, i also had a problem. But well, its not the end of my world.
