Normal Skin Product or Oily Skin Product ?

[SIZE=16pt]I always wonder why normal skin looks oily... Then I realize it will seem oily if it lacks moisture??[/SIZE]

I want to know what others think about this and in this case how would you buy a skin care product one for normal skin tone or one which  for oily skin ?

If I moisturize it seems to help control oil.
