Husband had found some walkie talkies at work and brought them home for the boys.

Finally put in batteries and turned em' on and let the boys go.

Omar my ever mouthy 6 yr old starts talking into his calling his brother a 'stinky tushy' only to be answersed by a very official sounding man asking to speak with his mommy.

Yeah, um, turns out we were on the police frequency and were crossing into thier talk.

*makes note to throw them away*

LMAO! What did the officer say about it?

Are you still able to keep the walkie-talkies, just use a different frequency?

Yeah, but given they change frequencies at times I am too skeered to try to use em' again. lol

Ya know, I have no clue. After the third time of them announcing our error and asking to speak to his mommy I turned them all off. LOL
