Am I just crazy or does anyone else notice that their hair get more oily when you're PMSing? Anything I can do other than just washing it?

it has to do with the drop in hormones right before your period. it sucks. :[

honestly my hair is naturally really oily so if it does get more oily ive never noticed.

you could always try a clarifying shampoo.

That happens to me, too! My face (which is already soooo oily) gets even worse when I PMS!!!
