Its definetly some sort of bronzing powder in the lower compartment. I know for a fact that there's no lipstick there anyway. Its face & eye stuff (which is why i LOVE it!). Heard the cheapest place to buy it would be Asia as it will work out about $55 but i dont know the retail price for the US.

Are the eyeshadows very pigmented? These palettes are gorgeous no doubt.
