Pizza Casserole

1 pound ground turkey

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 medium green pepper -- seeded and sliced

1/2 pound mushrooms -- sliced

4 ounces low fat mozzarella cheese -- sliced

8 ounces tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 1/4 cups Bisquick Baking Mix, Reduce Fat

3/4 cup skim milk

Brown ground turkey in a large skillet and then remove and place in a 9 or 10-inch square baking pan. Sauté the onion, garlic, green pepper and mushrooms in the drippings left from the ground turkey. (If needed add a small amount of olive oil for sauté). Add the sautéed vegetables to the ground turkey and mix thoroughly. Add the tomato sauce and oregano and top with the cheese slices.

Mix the Bisquick and milk together. Follow the instructions on the Bisquick box to make 10 rolled biscuits. Place the biscuits on top of the cheese slices.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are done.
