Since I stopped nursing my son, I have started to lose hair, I knew this would happen. But it is visibly thinner, and I am starting to worry, as its still coming out in chunks. Is there anything I can do?

If your hair is one length, what about getting a few long layers?

Consider getting some bangs as well so you can hide the hair line easier.

After my son stopped breastfeeding, I had lots of hair loss and breakage. Having shorter hair made the breakage less noticeable. Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month so it won't take long to get all your length back.

A few well placed highlights will camouflage some hair loss - plus the hair shafts will swell up a bit so any hair loss won't be so obvious.

Really there is nothing that you can so except let it shed, keep it clean and moisturized, and maybe take a hair skin and nails vitamin
