I recently used Revlon Frost & Glow Highlighting Kit. (a little more than a week ago)
It looked really good for a few days until it started to become less noticeable. So, I re-purchased the product and I want to touch them up. However, I don’t know if it will completely destroy my hair. Would it hurt to attempt to highlight dark strands that haven’t been colored and risk a few already bleached strands being re colored? What should I do?

You can pull your hair through a frosting cap. or foil the strands that have not been colored.  I would apply some protein conditioner to the hair before adding the bleach.  Your hair should be fine.  Where you get into trouble with bleaching is when the hair begins to take on a white look.  Do not go past a pale yellow , but if you are highlighting and wanting lighter strands then don't leave the bleach on too long.
