Hi all!
smile.gif
I just got my Revlon gift certificate in the mail for commenting on their site about the Revlon colorstay foundation. I honestly haven't tried too many Revlon products except for their foundations, lippies, and eyeliners (which I love). Unfortunately I had just bought two more Colorstay foundation bottles and a Colorstay eyeliner so I don't really need any more of that at the moment. I also browsed the review section and didn't find too many good reviews about Revlon products in general. Now I don't know what to buy!!

Can anyone recommend good-quality products from Revlon that I should try besides their foundations and eyeliners?

TIA!

I'm a fan of their Super Lustrous Lipgloss and I love thier new Renewist lipstick. Feels almost like a balm on your lips, doesn't bleed, and is very moisturizing. Their colorstay eyeshadow isn't bad-- their illuminance cream shadows are nice too. I got lucky-- at the big lots where I live they've got lots of revlon makeup for super cheap prices

I like Revlon's 3-in-1 concealer; it's perfect for under the eyes.

I'm a huge fan of their new luxurious eyeliner in Sueded Brown. It's a dark brown with a metallic sheen to it. It's very beautiful.

I love love Revlon's colorstay lipliner in Nude. My friend uses it all the time and I finally asked her what it was, and from then on thats all I use everyday too. It is awesome. Its soft and creamy and the staying power has been great for me and my friend. Try it, I'm sure you will love it. Good luck and let us know what you decided on. I also forgot I really really like Revlon's colorstay eyeliner, they are soft and smooth and the stay on like none other we have tried. I Have black/brown and I love it. It goes on smooth without any scraching and it stays forever.Good Luck and please let us know what you got.

yep those cream shadows make a good base. they have decent staying power as-is, but if you put a powder on top it really lasts a long time

One of my favourite lipsticks is Revlon. It's what I think a lipstick should be; nothing fancy, neither drying nor excessively moisturising, just a basic lipstick.

So I went to Ulta last night and I got:

Fabulash mascara- I wanted to try the 3D one, but it wasn't waterproof I think.

Colorstay e/s quad in purples (wild orchid, I think?)

Two cream shadow sets.

I got this all for only an additional 2 bucks! Ulta's having a buy 1 get 1 free on all Revlon eye makeup and their limited edition products. They're also having a BOGO deal on lots of other brands like L'oreal til Sept. 29th. Alas, no NYX haul for me because they're way too overpriced there!

Thanks again for the recs!

Super lustrous gloss and lipglide. I've heard some good things about their new mascara. EXTRA thick lash mascara used tobe my HG, so I really want to try it.

I actually wrote them an email about their Revlon Colorstay with Softflex, and how I prefer the old formula. A fellow MUTer wrote about the difference in the past formula and the Softflex one, and I did notice a difference (but I thought I was just crazy). It turns out that a lot of people felt the same way, so I wrote to them, they wrote me back and told me to call to speak to a rep. So I guess, yeah, they sent me the gift certificate so I can try something else in their line that I might like.

So far, I'm lovin the cream e/s!
