you know when you go to the checkout counter, you see this like card thing for the beauty insider membership. can i just pick one up and fill out the information at home then bring it back at another time? does it cost anything to be a beauty insider?

Beauty Insider Program Membership & Availability

Membership to the Beauty Insider Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program and you must be age 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) to be eligible for membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for the Beauty Insider Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to become a member. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Beauty Insider Card

You do not need a Beauty Insider card to shop on Sephora.com or to accumulate dollars in your Beauty Bank. If you would like a Beauty Insider card, Beauty Insider cards can be picked up at any of your local Sephora stores. You do not need a Beauty Insider card to shop in your local Sephora store, but a Beauty Insider card will lessen the amount of time you'll spend when you purchase items. If you have lost your Beauty Insider card, you do not need a card to shop on Sephora.com, but you can pick up a new card in your local Sephora store.
