Just wanted to update about the Candida Diet I started a while back...I'm not on it anymore, haven't been in a while. I do eat much better than I did, even though I've always eaten healthy. If I remember, I think I was nearly 150lbs when I started it...I lost 10lbs the first week and about 20-25 total the first month-I was working out everyday as well. I'm now at 115 and have been for a while now. I haven't even been in the gym in a couple weeks due to my schedule lately. Keep in mind the diet I started was due to health reasons and it's not just some quick fad diet, but for anyone out there who might be having trouble taking off the weight you might want to look into it. It is a big change for most folks' eating habits, but it's helped me in so many ways.
