Here is the email I just got from these jokers!

Dear Elizabeth,

Sindulge.com
http://sindulge.com/ is going through some exciting changes in the next few months and will be re-launching in the Fall.  While we can't share all the juicy details, we can tell you that we will be launching with a special celebrity makeup artist on board.  We will be discontinuing our existing sample subscriptions effective immediately and are working on creating a more vibrant experience for you.

For those members that have subscribed for extended periods, we will be arranging for refunds for the unused months. We thank you for trusting us with your beauty and skincare needs and appreciate you being a part of Sindulge.  Visit Sindulge.com to sign up for updates and be a part of our exciting new referral program.

All of us at Sindulge are working hard to give you the best Sindulge experience possible.  Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

Sincerely,

Jaivin and Dinesh

WTF Sindulge???

lmao, I think we all knew this was coming. They tried to launch way too early, and now their name is damaged. Good luck and good riddance is all I have to say!

Indeed, I could see these idiots beginning to crumble at the foundation. I have a feeling they're not going to be back in the Fall. I feel really badly for those ckients who weren't on a month-to-month!

My Facebook reply to them:

Not to offend the owners of Sindulge but they will continue to fail if they don't listen to their subscribers (aka customers). Women are EXTREMELY picky about the products we buy much less buy to try (samples). We are also very selective in where we spend our money and with social media being lightening fast these days it doesn't take long for word to spread when a company is doing things the WRONG way. MyGlam was at one point in time doing things the wrong way as well but they listened to us and have turned around and are doing fairly well now (they just partnered with Just Fab shoes - Kimora Lee Simons shoe company).

My point is this - if you plan on launching again this fall do not depend on a MUA celebrity to bring in customers. Be careful with which on you DO bring in because some - like Kandee Johnson - have negative reputations that while they're still popular that negative reputation can also hurt a company especially a new one. It's actually MORE important to listen to what your customers want and don't want then depend on that "celebrity" MUA.

Their reply:

Sindulge Hi Zadidoll and Meldie Lynn Alaniz, thank you for the comments and feedback. We are looking forward to be back soon!

For some reason the quote's not copying, but thank you Zadidoll! Celebrity makeup artists mean little to nothing to me when all is said and done; and just because some Kardashian rubs vinegar and molasses on her left butt by a full moon to get rid of warts doesn't mean I'm going to be impressed. Sindulge--if they ever do come back, and I suspect they're not--will have to deliver their stuff on the back of a unicorn with gold horn and a promise of eternal salvation before I go back to them.

I don't know of where else to post this or if anyone cares, but this is the only recent thread I could see that talked about Kandee Johnson so I figured it was worth a shot.  Not that the association was a positive one, and I know that many people aren't Kandee fans (perhaps this a gigantic understatement!) and some may be.  She just posted this on her Facebook account for about 45 minutes or less and fans deluged her post, asking what is wrong and then she took it down.  I captured it and even though it's down now, here's what it said -

Kandee Johnson Today is one of the most tragic days of my life- I don't know when I will return to YouTube or my blogs... With love and heart full of pain I cannot bear, Kandee Like ·  Â· Share · 178683 · 41 minutes ago via mobile ·
It makes me really wonder what happened.  Love her or hate her, no one wants to see someone go through a tragedy.  She has children, I hope they're okay, the loss of a child would constitute being one of the most tragic days of a person's life.  Sorry if this is in the wrong thread or wrong to post!  btw - more on topic, I agree with your advice to Sindulge to look more into listening to what their customers really want rather than just thinking that a "famous" makeup artist or YouTube guru could fix all of their problems.  I still have no idea what they sent me because they sent my two boxes to the wrong address, my billing address rather than my shipping address and I won't be able to pick them up for a while.

That's true but unfortunately with Kandee Johnson she's overdramatic about everything that I can't take anything she posts seriously. That said, I do hope it's a case of being over dramatic and not a death in the family which is what people are speculating.

Tiffany Johnson-Myers, Kandee's sister posted on Facebook the following - "Yesterday we lost my dad unexpectedly to a freak accident while he was working. We are beyond heartbroken and shattered at this news. We appreciate your prayers during this devastating time."

That's terribly sad.

This is so sad!  Poor girl.  I have only seen a couple of her YT videos in the past, but she is talented.
