I ordered some Dr. Eckstein skin care products from and they charged me twice for my purchase. Come to find out there was a glitch with Visa and it wasn't the company's fault. I'm telling you all this because I'm amazed at how fast this issue was taken care of by the company. I wrote them an email and 2 hours later the issue was already taken care of (they are crediting my account) and this was at 9pm on the west coast which means it's even later in Florida (where the company is at) being on west coast time. Thumbs up for the customer service from!
Also my order was handled in a timely manner and I even received samples which was nice. Highly recommend the company after my pleasant experience.
