I got this recipe from a coworker and made it the other night and I loved it so I figured I'd share.
All you do it take a pound of ground beef and brown it.
Then add it to a big pot with the following ingredients:
ranch style beans
pinto beans
can of rotel tomatoes (I used original style)
can of italian tomatoes
can of corn
can of green beans
an envelope of ranch dressing (hidden valley)
envelope of taco seasoning (just the regular kind, but I guess if you like really spicy things, you could use the spicy version)
1 cup of water.
Then heat it up til its hot. This meal takes only like 15 minutes to prepare and it would probably feed 6-8 people easily.
