I was as ignorant as you before knowing that showing gratitude improves psychological health. It was said that we should at least have 3 things today thankful for daily. This act reduces envy, resentment, frustration and regret. How great is that? Thank you all for giving me this lovely opportunity to share it with you. Have a pleasant day!
 
We should be thankful for everything that we receive, may it be big or small. 3 things that I am thankful for today?
I am alive
I have a job
I have a family who loves me

How about you, what are you thankful for?
1)Today I'm thankful I'm still breathing
2)Thankful that I feel less of a need to smoke
3)Thankful that my family is still around rather than having toxic relationships with the opposite sex
