Can some one plz help me? I made these noodles a long time ago, hoping i'd like them but they HONESTLY tasted like a balloon! Blah! I think its cuz i cooked them wrong but i drained them then boiled them, what more was i supposed to do?

Can anyone please tell me how you prepare your shirataki noodles, and gimme any recipes besides the ones at hungrygirl.com?

Yeah, I made them once before and I couldn't get over the weird smell and texture! If you check out hungrygirl.com, she uses them all the time and has some good recipes. Lisa, from hungry girl, says you don't need to boil them, just rince them really well, drain them and pat them really dry and then microwave them for about 2 min. I think I'll try them again, because I love pasta and I love how much healthier this one is!
Edit: I just realized that you already knew hungrygirl had recipes! LOL Oh well! I don't know of any other recipes besides what's on that site, but I think you can use them any way that you would use regular pasta.

omg I just heard about these in Allure. Looks like a dream! I guess they're gonna taste not so great b/c the cals are so low.
