If the key I'm capitalising is on the right side then I use the left shift key. If the letter I'm capitalising is on the left side then I will use the right shift key. I'm not really sure why I do it that way, but it's the way I do it.

I dont think I have ever paid that much attention to it until you mentioned it.

I generally use the left hand shift key.
