The One Food U Just Can't Cook!!

You read the directions at least twice and you follow the directions to a T, nothing is missing and everything is right! But when you make it, it looks and tast like crap!!

For me it's cookies!!!! I can fry chicken, make cake, but I just can never get cookies right!!

So whats your?

I could never get cookies, muffins and brownies right.....always burned on the outside raw on the inside.......but now I have silicone muffin pan and a silicone sheet for my cookie pan and woohoo!!!! they make baking a breeze!!!!! I highly recommend any silicone cookware

I can't bake chicken in the oven. It either comes out raw in the middle or burnt

Muffins. They were an obsession for a while but I could never ever get them right no matter how many dozens of different techniques and recipes I tried. So I gave up. Now I just make cake mixture and put that into the muffin pans

and yes, I love silicone bakeware too! Super-easy to clean too.

and if it weren't for agar agar, i would just be unable to cook any recipe involving gelatine.

forgot to add : bread. i'm allergic to gluten, so it's already a pain in the ass to find the right flour and leaven, but bake it, even with the breadmaker... arg !

yeah, me too, fudge. that stuff gets hard as a brick. But i can say that I have mastered the cheesecake, so im good
