I was using Physicians Formula mineral foundation and really liked it. Then I got a BE kit which had the foundation and started to use that. I think I will go back to PF because my skin took to this better and had no oil and looked more natural. Anyone else find this too?

BE doesn't personally make me shiny, but i know a lot of women complained that BE made them look oilier so you're definitely not alone. BE also has bismuth, which is a skin irritant and cheap filler...

Physicians Formula contain Kaolin Clay which is a very potent oil absorber. The end result is a more natural matte finish that covers pores and the Kaolin Clay makes the foundation last alot longer. Their eyeshadows lasts a long time on my oily lids.

Does the Physicians Formula mineral foundation have bismuth in it? I looked on the Physicians Formula site, but it doesn't say it has it.

I don't think so. I used it when it first came out, and I don't remember it having that. Would anyone else know?

I also love PF. I wanted a liquid mineral foundation and I found it. I'm going under an acne treatment and it dries out my skin. I don't think it has bismuth in it because I'm totally against it and I think I read somewhere that it doesn't. You can also look at the back of the box and read if it has it but I don't think it does. PF is a very good drugstore line and I would recommend any of the products.

I didn't like PF, it was really chalky. It was also really drying to the skin. No matter what kind of lotion I had on underneith it, and I also live in humid south florida. Lucky I bought it at walgreens and they take anything back.
