Trends for Spring 2008...We're planning ahead!

Designers borrowed from the panty drawer for Spring.Looks were embellished with lace and gossamer. While bustiers and dainty camisols made an appearance.

Bold hues of Ombre' dyed fabrics were all over the runways. From evening gowns to casual wear...dip-dyed looks will be huge.

Tailored white suits dressed up the Spring runways. Some looks channeled Saturday Night Fever while others mimicked the androgynous suiting of 30's filmstars.

Assymetry makes another comeback for Spring. From Day to Evening, Goddess gowns and assymetrical dresses in saturated color will be big trends.

Along with the Ombre' trend...Tie Dye made an appearance on dresses and tops.

Large allover Prints.....

70's infused Safari trend in shades of olive green, khaki and brown.

Simple nude gowns in frothy filmy fabrics...

Flamenco inspired ruffles and flounces.

I especially like the dip dye and nudes, as well as the lingerie inspired pieces... we're just going into spring 2007 in oz, so maybe I'll be seeing them even sooner than 2008!
