Twinking is the word of the day. For the uninformed, twinking in gaming refers to the act of using your main character to outfit your noob character with premium equipment for maximum pwnage. Even the humblest of players receives a huge e-peen boost by slaughtering otherwise equal baddies (or better yet, other players) with this godly advantage.
