Washing foundation,fluidline and concealer brushes weekly,too often?

I like mine washed once a week also. I dip them in ACV, rinse off quickly with distilled water, wash with baby shampoo just on the bristle tips, rinse with tap water, blot excess water out, hang to dry.

I have two sets of each brush on rotation so I can always have at least one on hand while the other is drying.

I find that interesting, too. I remember I was told not to wash some embroidery I did with baby shampoo as it was not good for it.. I think it would make the colors run, but not sure.

 
Kind of OT, but just wanted to say Orvus soap is supposed to be the best for cleaning embroidery. Maybe it would be good for brushes too?
