We finally got a WetSeal store...blah

I tell ya AL is late to alot of stuff and we just got our WetSeal. I didn't even know the store was open until LJ pointed it out to me.

I went inside and was highly disappointed.

Idk, I didn't know much about the store, but I kinda expected more from it. Everything looked so cliche' to me out on display.

Do you girls shop at WetSeal? What items do you buy often from them?

i go to buy like plain tank tops and stuff.

the occational hello kitty underwear, or else im not really impressed.

Yeah, I didn't see any HK stuff... or else I would've loved em', but yeah I wasn't impressed either.

I don't shop there, but I did see this really cute cropped vest they had..Didn't get it though since they didn't have my size. Other than that though, I don't really like their clothes.

I always like the stuff on their website a lot more than their stores. For some reason, the inventory is always completely different. If you're looking for cute HK stuff, try Hottopic. They have some really cute things.

HotTopic does has alot of cute things. I almost went crazy when I saw all the cute HK things they had.

I bought a couple of babydoll tops when I was about 13 (12 years ago). Haven't bought anything since then. A few months ago, I saw a cute skirt they had, but didn't have money to buy it at the time.

I really dont like Wet Seal most of their clothes look so cheap in my opinion... But occasionally they have cute jeans especially skiiny jeans... Their accessories are cute...

That store was popular here like 8 years ago and then they closed down the store.

But they're opening up a new one at my local mall - right next to a new forever 21 and it really doesn't compare. Last I went to one was last year because I felt nostalgic and well, their clothes are really crap.

Not one item jumped out on me and that was shocking because those years before, they always had nice things.

Pricing is the same as F21 and Charlotte Russe...

Ya know they do look like a "fake F21" to me too!

We don't have a F21 in my city yet, darn it!

I loved Wet Seal a few years back, nowadays (like you said) it's so cliche. Almost everything in there is the exact same styles you'd see in stores such as Rainbow, Dots, or Forever 21. The only difference is they rip you off in price.
