My husband and I are going to be working the sound and tech for our local Clown College Graduation (one of the clown instructors goes to our church, so we help him out), on Saturday morning/afternoon. It's being held at a large mall about 40 minutes away from where we live, so in between helping and such, I'll be traipsing around the mall, perhaps doing some shopping. Though I always end up in the bookstore there - I don't really need anymore makeup right now. I could use some Starbucks, though.

I'm hoping to get to see M. Night Shyamalan's new film "The Village" this weekend, but not sure when. We may wait until early in the week, and go on a weeknight to avoid some crowds. And of course we have church Sunday morning, and no major plans afterwards. I think it's time for a trip to Target!

I wish. Until I get my car fixed I have no plans. Besides staying home, that is. My neice might come over for the weekend; but I'm not sure. But I have no real plans.

No real plans. The SO is out of town visiting his cousin and left me with our co-dependent dog, he usually brings him everywhere he goes but, for some reason he left him home. So, basically I'll have to entertain Roofus *major PITA!* for the weekend but, at least it'll get me out exercizing.

This weekend will be full for us too. Tomorrow (SAT) our new pool will get it's pebbletch plaster installed (look here for that) then it's water time next week!

Sunday is our swimming lessons for little Cameron at the local Australian Swim School then lunch out either chinese pick up sticks or Rubios Fish Tacos LOL

Man! Tell me about it! My son will be 18 on Tuesday, seems like yesterday that he came up to my knee, now he's a 6'3" giant! He's still my baby though.

I will say a little prayer for her.

You are sweet to visit her.

</TD><TD vAlign=top>Anthony Cools has taken the art form of comedic hypnosis and soared into an entertainment dimension untouched by his peers.

As others cautiously test the outer limits of adult comedy, Calgary-born Cools has already taken the plunge into an outrageous vat of raw, boiling humor. The man operates on your sexual hang-ups and funny bone with the same instrument... a wry sense of humor sharpened to a sidesplitting point.

Anthony has reinvented live entertainment. He places a stranglehold on his audience that few can escape, captivating them with his irreverent and often ribald dialogue. Using willing participants from his audience, Anthony sends them into a hypnotic world rife with the unexpected and free of all embarrassment. He is energetic and capable of "almost anything".

Anthony has always been intrigued by the paranormal and as a young man spent every spare moment enriching his knowledge on subjects like hypnosis. Working as a DJ and nightclub manager in Calgary, he saw an opportunity and took to his own stage with a rough but still hilarious version of his present act. He was floored by the flood of positive response, and has never looked back.

As a hypnotherapist, Anthony also knows the serious side of the business, and the good that can come from it. He has, through both tapes and personal sessions, helped thousands in their bid to stop smoking, lose weight or attain other personal goals.

Even though a national distribution deal for his "live" video is now in negotiations, Anthony remains committed to his personal policy of staying on tour and presenting six shows every week. When it's this much fun, he explains, it isn't really work.

Steve - did you get to see "The Village?" After collecting the equipment at church Friday night for the Saturday morning Clown College Graduation, we almost went with a group of church friends to see it Friday night. However, we realized it wasn't going to be over until around 1am, and we had to be up early Saturday for the Clown College. We considered going to see it early this week, but then it turned out we got into a Saturday matinee after the Graduation, and saved money that we would have spent for a night show this week! Yay for saving money (we're having some major financial issues right now)!

So, if you saw it - how'd you like it? We really enjoyed it!!! I'll probably post about it on "The Village" thread.

Yeah...we paid $6, versus $8 or $8.50 for night shows here. Plus, we have a card where they stamp each time you see a movie, so you get a freebie after a certain amount. We don't go to the movies very often, but it seems all the films we want to see come out at one time. We've seen 3 or 4 in the past month or 2.

We enjoyed it as well. I think it was definitely creative, and I am eager to watch it again, to see things that one might miss the first time. I love his films.

Anyway, we liked it very much. We liked Sixth Sense and Signs a little more, but like I said, we still like it very much and it was worth the money. Heck, even if I paid the $7.50 full price I would have still said it was worth it!
