Lately I have been dreaming me walking down the aisle I could see my white dress and I'm pregnat but can't see who I'm getting married too.Does anybody know what dreams really mean?

usually people say it's your uncounscious mind working, and that dreams are just dreams, a process of evacuating disturbing thoughts or something like that. it's hard to say if your dream has a meaning or not, there is no simple answer. can you relate it to something happening in your life? has one of your friends became pregnant and/or married lately? maybe it's your mind telling you your deep desire to become pregnant and get married, or maybe it's telling you will or it's a possibility.

in my case, sometimes, my dreams are really vivid, as if my mind was really at that place whatever it is, but people's faces always remain hidden in mists. i cannot tell if it's my mind making up some stories from the many books i've read, or if it's something real. when i wake up with the feeling of bitter, utter failure, i tend to think those dreams have a meaning though i cannot grasp its content.

sometimes, details of my dreams become true in a totally different scene of my daily life. creepy, thank goodness it happens not so often.

you should google it out. You should take in account that mostly dreams definition provided will just give you something like 'pregnancy --> material wealth fulfillment...though seems like it may not be your concern ...

I once read a book that stated that sometimes what you dreamed may not fit in the usual dream definition but more according to yourself ...blah blah blah ....

hmm, the fact that you couldn't see who you're getting married to might be your unconscious saying you're unsure of what will happen in your future or thinking overtime about what will happen.. you maybe want security and stability but don't know who to share that with?

but I agree with estieste's comment... I have a dream dictionary which does say that whatever meanings there are must be altered by how you feel about a particular thing or your personal experiences.. for example dogs have a positive meaning in a dream, but if you're terrified of dogs then your interpretation will be completely different.

I've had dreams very similar to what you describe. I'm not sure what they mean.

I have googled dreams before. I went to lots of interpretation sites and kinda tried to find the similarities in their explanations.

To me , my dreams mean that i'm really tired or stressed - usually i only remember my dreams within those conditions. Usually they're really bizarre.

But then, it's said that dreams are a way of your brain (or your ego) to work things out that usually you wouldn't deal with when wake up (because your superego would block it)

It means that you are pregnant the 18th time, ready any moment and your husband just died a couple weeks before of leukemia.

That's what it meant... :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

In my psychology class we just talked about this. Studies that have been done on dreaming are showing that this is usually the brains way of trying to make some kind of sense of images/words that we have seen or thought about during the day consiously/unconsiously.

Its really difficult to say. Have you thought about getting married? I rarely remember my dreams. If I do often they are very strange.

Typically, according the Freud, dreams are a manifestation of the unconscious mind (the unconscious mind is where our deepest darkest secrets are repressed unconsciously. . Its really creepy because half of my dreams come to pass.

Example, i dreamt my aunt was pregnant, 2 weeks later she announced that she way.

for a month i dreamt that people kept dying, during that month, my cousins lost their uncle and my mother lost her aunt.

some claim that dreams usually are a result of what you were thinking during th day.

Typically, weddings in dreams symbolize a new beginning or transition in your current life, and pregnancy symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing.
