What is our $10 and under beauty steal

Hey Guys,

Just curious. What cheap beauty item (any kind) is your beauty steal?

Mines is Pond's Rejuveness Cream. It's huge in Mexico, but not very big here. One tub last me about three months and cost less than ten bucks! I've tried HE creams (Clinique, Peter Thomas Roth) and this stuff is way beter. Glowing skin, all day moisture, I've been sold ever since the first use!

I love the $1-2 retractable eyeliner pencils from Essence and Jordana. I've been using the Jordana ones ever since I was 14 (they were only $1 back then) and they work just as well as the UD 24/7 liners on me, for a fraction of the price and without the hassle of sharpening.
