What to wear on the first day of school??

I'm a junior in high school and i really need to find an outfit that is fit for me. i want it to be hot but still be school appropriate. I like style from punk rock to preppy so anything goes! the budget isn't extreme like a $500 dollar dress but my budget isn't very restrictive either. I really need help!!

i would recommend something relatively casual but still flattering so it doesn't seem like you're trying too hard (there are many school days to wear anything and everything)...maybe layer some cute tops and wear a hoodie over it, pair it with fitted jeans, bold accessories and cute skimmers/flats/sneakers?

whatever you decide to go with, make sure it follows your school's dress code if you have one and it's pretty strictly enforced...nobody wants to be the girl forced to wear lost-and-found clothes since she "dressed inappropriately"
