hello
im hoping people who have had perm makeup done on brows and lips can help me.
its been approx 4 days since i got perm makeup done on my brows/lips....the brows today have started flaking slightly and some came off but i cant see colour under it on my skin??
also yesterday my lips totally flaked off the upperlayer of colour...i cant see much diffrence on my lips
i spoke to my technician who said this is natural-and that the pigment would surface up later and that it takes 7-10 days to heal properly
has anyone got any help/advice??
