Your favorite vacation/holiday so far that was OUT OF THE COUNTRY or your STATE?

My trip to the UK in 03 was awesome.I went to Wales while I was there.I have a Welsh background so it was nice to see the country.

i think my fav. vacation ive taken so far was in aug. of 02' when me and my family came to visit WA for the first time.

i was so impressed, 3 years later i moved here.

for me, when I was 8 we went to bangkok, switzerland, london.. it was amazing. The alps are beautiful.

Other than that Queensland is gorgeous and I loved rome.

For me it would be #1 Las Vegas, Nevada and then #2 Mexico

My favorite vacation was when I went to Washington DC my junior year of highschool. I got to see all of the sites and feed the ducks in the reflecting pool. Everybody was so friendly there, even the squirrels that lived in the trees everywhere; they'd come right up to you for food, it was nuts. I got to go to the space center and eat dried ice cream. Funny the stuff I remember

But it was a great time. I can't wait to go back!

I liked my visit to VA and South Beach Miami! I had a lot of fun there doing spring break. Me and my friends were being lazy beach bums all day and then party animals during the night. Would love to go to Vegas (think I mentioned that in previous threads) CA, and Canada.

I liked Hong Kong too despite the HOT weather during the summer. Would love to visit Japan, Australia, and parts of Europe. I'll give it another yr or two to save up. Then I'll pack my bags and off I go! haha

I love to visit Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. The mountains and landscape is so beautiful.

Outside of Canada I love vacationing in Hawaii and Mexico.

Someday I would love to visit Australia and the South Pacific Islands.

I visited Australia, and it was so awesome -- ya know, aside from the fact that they drive on a different side of the road and I almost got killed about five times, no joke.

I absolutely adore D.C. (just a hop, skip, and a jump away) and all of the art/culture associated with the city! North Carolina (emphasis on Lake Gaston <3) is a great place. Jerry's family owns a marina down there and it's fabulous (with great perks!). There is nothing like waking up early and heading out on the lake!

As far as other countries, I would love to go back to Iceland one day to see my father's half of the family... It's soooo gorgeous! Mexico is wonderful too (one of my uncles is from Mexico and his side of the family still lives there).

On Friday, I will be leaving for the Western Caribbean on a week-long cruise. We will be going to the Cayman Islands, Belize, Honduras, and Mexico. I may have to add some more favorite places to my list after this trip!
