  1. My name is Amy. I am in my mid 40's (I hate typing that, btw) and I used to be embarrased to talk about my skin problems! I worshipped the sun as a teenager and was blessed with cystic acne. In my 20's, I never took my makeup off, nor did I much in my 30's. Because of my bad habits, my skin suffered , and it clearly showed! I have tried soooo many different creams, lotions, serums, devices and masks! I was about to give up! However, in December, I started using a regimen that has improved the appearance of my skin beyond my beliefs! My acne scars have become less noticeable. The texture of the skin on my face and neck has completely changed (for the better!). I will NEVER have flawless skin, but I am truly happy where my skin is today! If you can relate to this story, or if you feel like your skin is doomed, you are wrong. I am proof of that! :) I would love to talk to you about any problems or concerns that you migh have! Us women have to fight to age together gracefully!! Have a great evening! AmyP
  2. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.Put a sticky note on your computer to remind you to drink up.Carry a water bottle with you in your bag.Keep water next to your bed when you go to sleep at night.Keep water at your desk at work.Drink before, during, and after exercise. If exercising for longer than 60 minutes, consider a sports drink.Sun ProtectionSun protection is the best way to prevent aging for young skin. You must use sunscreen every single day of the year, not just when it's sunny. At the beach, people often focus on the SPF number, but it's really about applying sunscreen generously and reapplying often (at least every two hours),. If you have sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin and require a sunscreen that dries to a matte finish, use a formula with zinc oxide. For normal to dry skin, us a chemical-free, all-mineral formula, If you err on the size of lazy, dusting on an SPF-infused mineral powder onto the face is a fast and easy way to instantly protect the skin from the sun. 3. I want to share with you all a product that has given me incredible results. It is the LED Light mask, each color helps to improve some aspect of the skin, led light therapy is used in spas, saloons... the fact is that I bought it at biomasktherapy.com I got it, I took a picture before using it and after two weeks I noticed some incredible changes, it has improved the acne, spots, wrinkles, it has left the skin clearer and especially I had a big change around my eyes area, is the change that has surprised me most, love it. I use the mask everyday for 30 minutes. I am sharing the photo of before/after two weeks results of use :) What's your experience with LED light therapy?

  5. Hello, Ladies I am now over 40 and I am noticing the signs of aging – wrinkles, sagging skin, etc. I am looking for an at-home skin care device that actually works and helps to improve the look and texture of my skin. Any suggestions? Research tells me there are new technologies you can use at-home such as Lasers Micro-dermabrasion Electric current Radio frequency or waves Etc. There is one product I am interested in but it costs a few thousand dollars and the trial period is only 14 days if I want a full refund. I know there has to be other devices that really work. If you know of any skin care devices that are effective and affordable, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
  6. Hello everyone! At what age did you start using anti-aging products? Is it better to start before you start seeing signs, or should I wait until the sings begin? What were the first signs that you noticed? I'm turning 25 tomorrow and have been wondering if this is something I should start working into my skin care routine soon. Thanks!!
  7. Hello everyone, Since I was a young girl, I have already been plagued with dark circles under my eyes. But recently, it has worsened and now I even have wrinkles! I just noticed these lines about a week ago. I'm just 24 years old (almost 25) and have developed undereye wrinkles due to: -Lack of Sleep (I only get 5-6 hours of quality sleep per night) -Lack of Water (I rarely get 8 glasses of water per day) -Lack of Exercise (haven't been consistent, but I am underweight, not overweight) -Staring at the Computer/Mobile Phone Screen for 14 hours+ a day. -Junk Food -Stress This habit has been going on for several years. My eyes are now tired and chronically bloodshot. I was using a Dior eye cream prior to these wrinkles and even that did not stop these from forming. I have just started to put coconut oil underneath my eyes, hoping they would disappear. I am depressed because I have done this to myself. I would not be as upset if I was 35, since wrinkles would be expected. But I am just 24! I want to get rid of these wrinkles for at least 10 more years and prevent new wrinkles. I have already started to change my habits. I am still young and do not want fillers yet. What kind of alternative options do I have for treatment? Thanks for everything!
