Anyone know where I can find a hard navy blue eyeshadow? I went to Ulta and bought "Sapphire", but it was more medium blue. I am looking for navy as in the color of a navy blue pea coat. Thanks in advance!

 
I think Revlon makes one in their ColorStay range. I think it is either one of their matte or sating singles.

 
I like the dark blue colors from Wet n' Wild pride palette. I think that the teo dark blue shades are dupes for MAC's blue flame and prussian.

 
I have a really dark matte navy blue, from Roots but I don't know if it is still available.
