Product is ok customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the product is ok, not great. The customer service is by far the worst..  I cancelled my order two months ago and I am still being billed. The customer service line said that it take 4-6 weeks for them to recieve a return. SERIOUSLY! and they blame the postal service.  Funny I can mail a package to China and they recieve it in a weeks time.  Forget dealing with them, they read off a script.  I hope Cindy Crawford realizes what her name is attached to.

Why would anyone ever use a skin care product that she endorses?

She has publicly stated that she has used Botox, amongst other procedures.

Not quite the "meaningful beauty" now...

Take it up with your credit card company.   That's the only way you will get it resolved.
