Im not a fan of the moon shaped bare nail below the cuticle, but the nail art is cute.

I kinda like the half moon thing as it did originate from the 1930's, I think its definitely worth trying! Sokolum79 on youtube does a fantastic job of a tutorial on how to do that kind of nail art!
