Missing Birchbox reviews?

Hello everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster. I made an account to see if any of you guys encountered the same thing I just noticed. I received the Sprout Cocoa lip balm in my October Birchbox and I thought that the smell was so repulsive that I made sure to put a public review of 1 star rating with my entire impression to warn people to steer clear. I recently went to look at the rating of this product all of the reviews except one are 3-5 stars. My review is missing. 

I can't help but question now that they skew the reviews and only post very few negative ones to artificially give the products a higher rating. If any of you gave a public negative review, did it just mysteriously disappear? 

I have not done my October reviews yet, but my impression of the Per-fekt lip balm was very negative and I willbe saying so in my review. If they remove it, I guess we'll have an answer.

I hope they aren't deleting negative reviews...
