Poppy Parcels

Is anyone else subscribing?  I'm an original subscriber from Love Club, and I made the transition when Poppy Parcels offered current subscribers the chance to sign up, but I was wondering if anyone is signing up for the waitlist and/or is another LC subscriber that decided to order.  Here's my thoughts:

The good:  I really enjoyed Love Club.  I'm hoping they continue on with working with small business and artisans to bring us products from the up-and-coming artisans!

The bad:  The price is going up... Love Club was about $10-15 a box, depending on how many months purchased at a time, but PP will be $19.99/month.  Also, Poppy Parcels has had a few technical hiccups - when they first sent out invites to sign up, the website wasn't working quite right and they had to institute a fix and put it out again.  Also, the first box was supposed to be in May (The last LC box is in April), but they've now announced that the first box won't be sent til June.  HOWEVER, they are making it up to us by sending everyone who signed up for the first box a free July box too.  

Of course, only time will tell... I'm crossing my fingers for some awesomeness!

Haha that's what I read too!!! And the link doesn't work for me.

Sorry about the link not working, I did it from my phone! Totally forgot the http:// part! Lol Poopy Parcels. I really hope that's not what I start calling it after the first box!

weird, even typing in the URL on my own with http:// and everything didn't work, so I googled it and couldn't find anything about it.

Try the link I posted, that one will work. There is no 's' in the URL, which is why the other one didn't work.

The link that rubyjuls posted works.  Thanks for the assist, rubyjuls!  I just realized I also put it as Poppy Parcel with an "s" at the end, the website is singular.

I agree, I think that's one thing that caught my attention about it.

I put my email on the waitlist, but mostly out of curiosity. After seeing the how many of the last start up subs turned out to be not so good around here, to me it's just not worth it.

I've been dying to try LC for the past few months -- I'm upset that I didn't get a chance to.  I'm not sure how I feel about the new PoppyParcel pricing -- $20/month is a bit expensive for me (I'm already loyal to a couple of other monthly subscriptions in that price range -- of which I probably won't give up).  

This subscription reminds me of a mix between OliveBox and Umba box.  I hope they have more paper goods, hand-made products and accessories/jewelry, because I'm honestly getting tired of all the beauty subscriptions -- none of them seem to satisfy me in the long-run. 

Are there any spoilers yet of their first box?

Also, I signed up for the waiting list like a couple of weeks ago -- anyone like me receive an invitation link yet?

I only was able to try LC because I got in on one of the Facebook sales she did (once a month, the owner of Love Club would do a flash sale of a few subs, kind of like the glamourdolleye subs I've seen and just have NEVER been able to buy! Next month I swear!)

I'm hoping that the sub moves more towards jewelry and accessories... There was one month w/LC that was ALL paper products, and I was a tad annoyed... But then the next month I got a bracelet from Horsefeathers that made up for everything!  Poppy Parcels did post one "spoiler", but it's not anything revealing like the Ipsy ones!  I posted it in a spoiler tag below:

Thanks for posting your video review! Everything is so cute and I definitely feel an "on trend" vibe from them, but I personally couldn't justify paying $20 a month for it. All of the items look great though!
