I am a little fat. I have ever tried many methods to lose weight, but failed. I gave up. A week before, I read a article in a blog. The blogger recommend Dukan. I am on day five of the Dukan attack phase, no side effects or anything. However, my weight has stayed stable and I don't know whether I should stick to. What do you think of?
