i didn't have any luck with the cellulite cream i got from avon. it just made my skin very thin and prone to brusing easily. i stopped using it immediately after my entire thigh turned purple. the only things i found that have worked for me are squats and lunges! lol~ sorry i wasn't more help.

Stay off of carbs, drink plenty of water, and while in a shower scrub that area of cellulite with a luffa brush. It works but as soon as you go back on the carbs again it will come back.

Nothing really seems to work

I even see young girls with it too!

yeh i have always had cellulite, but that was because i stopped doing my training etc, i was a long distance runner, cycler, swimmer, and i was a gym junkie before i had daughter.

and now i feel absolutely disgusted just due to how much my body van change!!

I have now come to turns with my new found body, i love my curves etc but just have to loose excess weight!! which i will soon be able to get back into in about a month or so!!

U have to exercise and drink water religiously!! Cut out some of ur carbs but not all, change to wholemeal, u can eat past but 1-2 times a week only, go to asian stores etc for there noodles as they arent full of carbs, as they also ave protein in then as the hokkien noodles are dipped in egg!!

try to go for thing that are with more saucy tastes, not for salt or sugar. u can do a search on the net for recipes also.

i was using the neutrogena spray can one they sell on drugstore.com

i don't think it's so much the cream as it is the massaging it into the skin that works. good luck...the effect goes away when you stop using.

I really don't think any cream will ever get rid of cellulite. Even thin girls have it.

I agree with Chantelle8686

Diet and exercise works the best. You have to think of it as a part time job

You get good results but the down side is that you have to keep at it or the cellulite will return

i never have any luck with cellulite creams...i guess we just have to deal with it...if there is a cure let me knowww<333

i heard the Lipometric cream from Vichy works well and i wanna try it, but it's expensive (30$ for 200ml). i agree the best way is to diet, eat water and exercise.

I used to have quite bad cellulite even though I was not reaaly overweight. I still have some, more than I would like.....but it has gotten better.

The stuff that has worked for me has been a combination of exercise, diet and massage.

Like other posters have said, try not to eat much bread, pasta and other carbs, definately nothing white if you are going to.

Running to burn fat x 3 per week.

Yoga for about one hour

Floor exercises, squats, lunges and butt squeezes are really important.

Detox, ( I take a Liver Cleanse herbal pill), these help with fluid retention

Drink heaps of water

No diet products, they make you retain water

Green tea

Minimise coffee and no coke/pepsi

Massage and dry body brushing

and finally if nothing else works, self tanner!
