I'm trying to do this whole "diet tea" diet/fad type of thing and I'm wondering if anyone has tried it and if it worked or not. Post some stories, please!

 
I drink green tea all the time! It really decreased my appetite. AND it keeps me from snacking while sitting at my desk. I drink it plain - no sugar.

I didn't start drinking it to lose weight, but I've read that it is good for weight loss.

 
i am a tea junkie, but be careful because too much tea and you risk dehydration, so be sure to drink water too. tea also prevents the absorption of iron in your body.

i recommend green tea, there are tons of blends on the market if you don't like its taste.
