hi can anyone recommend a good multivitamin supplement product? im certainly trying to loose a few pounds and im scared im not getting enough iron/protein. thanks!

 
Don't worry about proteins, you can find some in everything but fruits and veggies. Cereals, soy, lentils, almonds and nuts are good sources of protein.

If you're concerned about your iron levels, the surest way is to get your blood analyszed and then get a prescription of iron pills. The problem lies more in its absorption, and for that, you need vitamin C, either pills or food containing lots of it, like broccoli for example.
